The new winding support allows for quick and safe application of thin films without double-sided adhesive tape. Additionally, the cut-resistant surface provides a durable wrapping quality and easy removal of wrapping and adhesive residues.
These two features make WinCore® technology an ideal solution for battery manufacturing, fuel cell production, and the packaging industry.

WinCore® winding cores with winding support – efficient winding process without double-sided adhesive tape

With our new WinCore® winding cores with winding support, thin films such as copper, aluminium and plastic foils can be quickly and efficiently applied to winding cores, eliminating the need to apply double-sided adhesive tape
The films can be applied directly in the machine, significantly speeding up the winding process and making the core immediately ready for reuse after unwinding. This time-saving method reduces both labor and material costs.
